St. Patrick's Day Tea

Welcome Friends to

A St. Patrick's Day Tea!

Today I have set up our tea time by the front window.   Instead of the usual choices of pink china I have chosen some green teacups that are more appropriate for our upcoming St. Patrick's Day celebration on March 17th.

Last week a good friend of mine had a specialist appointment at St. Paul's Hospital in Downtown Vancouver.  She needed some company so I went along.  When we arrived we had time for a coffee at Starbucks and we noticed a quaint shop closing out.  I found this new fringed lamp for $4.99.  I plan to chalk paint the base but right now I am enjoying it's green for St. Patrick's Day.

This Colclough teacup has  a pattern of  dark green leaves with brown branches.  I found it at the Croatian Retro and Antique Flea Market in Vancouver for $2.00.

Sweet Sister gave me this perfect shamrock Aynsley cup and saucer.

The teapot was a gift from one of my students.

I found the Adderley shamrock creamer on one of my treasure hunts for a reasonable price.

Don't you think Green Tea would be a healthy and appropriate choice for our tea today?

Thank you for joining me today for a

St. Patrick's Day Tea!

Have a Lovely Week!
Karen
