More Pink for Tea Time!

Hello My Sweet Tea Friends!

The sun is shining through the living room window but it's a very cold day again today ~ a perfect day for a tea time by the fire.

I thought some "More Pink for Tea Time" would help to brighten our day.

Yesterday I made blueberry muffins and chocolate chip banana bread.  I was planning to take some to my dear sister but the snow kept me away. :(

This is a new to me Sadler.  Did you know my collection is nearly complete?  Since my daughter and daughter-in-law both love pretty china I have felt more justified about purchasing more pretties.

Do you think collecting china is a good investment?

Guess where I got this Royal Albert Bridesmaid Rose Coffee Pot beauty? (you guessed right....sweet sis).

Flowers make me eager for springtime ahead!

Thank you for your visit today!

Are you looking forward to spring too?

See you soon!

A Sunny but Snowy Valentine's Day!

Happy Valentine's Day Sweet Tea Lovers!

It's a beautiful Sunny but Snowy Valentine's Day!

Come in out of the cold and have a cup of tea.

I put up some Valentine lights for us (and my grand daughter) to help us celebrate.

We're using three of my favourite teapots today.  All three are Sadlers (they my obsession ~ lol).
.

Which teapot would you like to use for your tea?

This pale pink and gold rimmed teacup is a Paragon.

The other pink rosy one is a Foley.

Thank you for stopping by today!

Decorating for February!

Happy February Sweet Tea Friends!

Do you ever enjoy re-decorating for each month of the year?
I was having fun finding new places for  pictures, furniture,  lamps and of course some china.

In the dining room, I decided on pretty pink rosebuds for display on the sideboard for the month of February.

I recently found this rosebud Sadler round cube at a very good price.

Hooray!!! The sun came out suddenly today  and so I quickly snapped a  few sunny pics.

The photograph is of my darling grand daughter.  It was a treasured gift from my son and daughter-in-law.  She just turned 3 this week.❤

The lamps and sideboard were once my mother's.

The teacup is one of my few Made in Japan.

My sweet sis gifted me with the Royal Albert Pansy Chintz trio plus the luncheon plate for my birthday in January.  She previously  gave me the cream and sugar.  My lovely sister has an absolutely amazing collection of china and she is so very generous!(The carnations were from Mr. Cottage/Castle for my bday).

I love decorating my kitchen window ledge each month. (Perhaps like I used to change the monthly calendar when I taught kindergarten).  Lol

Royal Albert's Sweet Violets blends nicely with the February Month of the Year teacup.

Even the tea wagon is enjoying some sunlight at the moment.

.

Two Sadler favourites have found a new home for the month. (The small mint green is a Royal Winton).

I hope you see the sunshine this week too!

Have a Wonderful Week!
Blessings!
Karen
