A Rare Pink Teapot

Hello Sweet Tea Friends!

Are you a member of  the International Sadler Teapot Club on Facebook?

They have 10,000 members and the photos of Sadler Teapots are spectacular!

(I am honoured that they have even shared some of my pics!)

The Sadler Club recently posted that many members were searching for this rare pink flowered teapot that I luckily had found at a Flea Market for $10 many years ago.

Even though there is some gold loss I still appreciate its beauty.

I am wondering if any of you have this desired teapot?

The pale pink teacup with gold trim is a Paragon.

I hope the rain stays away so that we can have many more future Teas in the Garden.

Thank you for stopping by today.

See you next time.
Karen

Mismatched Paragon Cups

Greetings Tea Lovers!

Last week I went to Orcas Island with my three BFF's for a fun girl's weekend and I found this mismatched Paragon cup and  Royal Grafton saucer at a little antique shop on North Beach Road in  Eastsound.

Don't you love finding treasured keepsakes from your visits to other places? The green and gold tones of this duo really caught my eye.

I was inspired to find some other Paragon cups in my orphan cupboard that would blend nicely together.

The mismatched saucers for these Paragon cups are both Aynsley.

Are you surprised to see that I have some china that is not only pink?  You know that I am a great lover of pink but I actually do have an attraction to black china as well.  Especially when they are Sadlers.  Lol.

Thank you so much for your visit today.

I do hope you are seeing the sunshine today!
It's just coming out right now as I blog.
Yay!  No rain yet!

Blessings Sweet Friends!
Karen

Welcome April!

Welcome April

and

Welcome Lovely Tea Friends!

When April arrives are you eager to be outside in your garden?

Flowers can help to cheer ones spirits!

There is such sadness around the world and this week I have been grieving for the families in Humboldt, Saskatchewan.  I was a hockey mom for many years as both of my boys played hockey and spent hours at the rink.  My eldest was once the captain of the Maple Ridge Flames which is a Junior B team and he travelled on the road bus trips and as a mom you always pray for their safe return.
The tragedy of losing so many young lives is horrific and no words can express their loss. I am Praying for Love and Strength to this devastated hockey community.

Please keep  the Humboldt Broncos and their families  in your prayers!

Thank you for stopping by today.

Blessings,
Karen
