Pink Garden Roses for Tea Time

Hello Sweet Tea Friends!

I'm so pleased that you could join me today for

"Pink Garden Roses for Tea Time!"

The sun is shining brightly at the cottage and isn't it perfect weather for an outside tea time?

The pink and white roses are already in bloom and I wanted you to see them.

This shade of pink rose is my absolute favourite.

You have seen some of my Rose and Ivy china collection before.

I love the raised texture on this dainty teacup.

This miniature teapot is an Arthur Wood.

Thank you so much for stopping by for

"Pink Garden Roses for Tea Time!"

I hope to see you again next week!
Karen

Red Transferware and Red Roses for Tea

Welcome Teacup Friends to

"Red Transferware and Red Roses for Tea!"

I recently painted our country style kitchen pedestal table at the cottage.

It was originally slate blue on the pedestal base and around the wood on the table top.

I used the new Mineral Based Fusion Furniture paint from my local consignment store - "Con$ign It" in Port Coquitlam. And I'm lovin'  it!

How can you not love Fusion paint when it takes only one coat?  It's similar to chalk paint but it didn't need waxing.

The red roses (and one white rose) are in bloom at the cottage.  And I'm so pleased that the pink roses are budding outside too.

Don't you love garden roses?

Today I would like to share two Alfred Meakin Medieval Castles vintage transferware teacups and dessert bowls that I found at MCC in Abbotsford about two years ago.

Such sweet flowers on the handles of the cups.

Thank you for stopping by for

"Red Transferware and Red Roses for Tea"!

Hope your week is rosy!

See you soon!
Karen
