An Easter Bonnet, Bouquet and Bunny

Happy Easter Sweet Blogging Friends!

Welcome to:

"An Easter Bonnet, Bouquet and Bunny!"

Today I feel blessed with the beautiful spring sunshine.

I am playing with one of my favourite Aynsley teacups.

Shades of soft
pink and pretty roses are perfect for Easter time.

The mint green teapot is a Sadler.

An Easter Bonnet,
(With all the frills upon it!)

An Easter Bouquet,

And Rose Bouquets on precious china.

And a Happy Easter Bunny!

Wishing you and your family a Very Happy Easter Sweet Friends!

A Happy Easter Tea

Welcome Dear Friends to

"A Happy Easter Tea!"

I am very excited to participate in Sandi's special Easter Tea.

Today I am in the mood for rosebuds.

This dainty Elizabethan teacup which is Made in England has a lovely pedestal teacup base with a embossed centre.

It is covered  with a small pattern of sweet rosebuds and greenery.

A pretty rose bud is on the top of the inner cup.

This teacup is also an Elizabethan and Made in England.  This pattern of the flower is larger but the shapes of the cup and saucer remain the same.
Both are trimmed with rich gold gilt.

I found this coral rose decoration at the dollar store and loved it's cheery tone.

The Aynsley cream and sugar are also covered with  rosebuds.

As are the  Aynsley tea plates.

The teapot is Made in Japan.

Help yourself to some almond sponge cake with orange pekoe tea. My son's future mother-in-law made it for us today.  It is sooo delicious!

Thank you for visiting me today dear friends for

"A Happy Easter Tea!"

Wishing you and your family a Blessed Easter!
Karen

A Pastel Spring Tea

Welcome Sweet Friends to
A Pastel Spring Tea

Once spring arrives I am ready for spring colours.

Today I am sharing two of my precious Tuscan teacups.

They are almost identical.  Both have the palest of pink background and are covered with tiny pink rose buds with gray leaves.

Do you see how the shape and handles of the teacups differ?

I found the pink, mint and blue pastel crocheted throw at Value Village for $5.99.

You have seen the palest of pink Skye McGhie teaset before.

I am anxious for the roses in my garden to bloom but for now I will be content with grocery store carnations.

Thank you for joining me today for
A Pastel Spring Tea!

Have a Happy Week!
Karen
