A New Blue Collection

Happy Summer
Sweet Tea Friends!

You know how I love pink and Sadler cubes, well, I have developed a fondness for blue Sadler Swirl Teapots too!

Hubby and I found the one on the left in a little shop in  Arlington a few months ago.

It came with the matching cream and sugar.

Do you see it's beauty?

I recently ordered this iredescent swirl.

The powder blue teacups today are both Aynsley.

This one is precious to me because it was once my dear mother's.

The blue background cream and sugar are Elizabethan.

Are your roses in bloom?

Thank you for stopping by today!
Blessings!
Karen

A New Picket Fence

Hello Lovely Tea Friends!

My hubby completed a New Picket Fence today.

Originally I had asked hubby for a moveable small planter picket fence.  He decided to make a large one to give me privacy from the golfers on the course.  And yes, it's moveable too!

I couldn't believe how quickly Mr. Cottage was able to put it all together. He's a keeper.

After he completed the base I was excited to add  the new festive bunting flag for our upcoming July 4th celebrations.

For our tea time today I am sharing two Sadler teapots and brown transferware.

I love the turquoise colour of flowers on this vintage teapot.

We have the best neighbours at the cottage and we are so thankful for them. The Johnson Brother's teacup is appropriately called "Neighbours".

The cream and sugar are Shakespere Sonnet.

Are you getting ready for July 4th?

Thank you for your visit today!

Happy Summer!
Karen

Tea in the Garden Before the Rain

Hello Sweet Tea Lovers!

How is the weather in your part of the world?

The sky is looking dark and dismal so
I am rushing to set up our tea time before the rain begins. Our weather pattern has unfortunately
changed.

The pink Sadler teapot was once my dear mother's.

The pale pink teacup is a Foley.

The peonies are nearly finished and the recent rain has left them drooping in the garden.

Even as they wither their scent is beautiful.

The roses are also hiding from the showers.

I hope that the showers turn to sunshine soon.

Thank you for your visit today!

Blessings,
Karen
