A Love Story

Welcome Lovely Friends to:
A Love Story

Many years ago my dear father found an elegant china pattern that we called " Love Story".  He bought the large plate and a matching teacup for my loving mother.

I was so fortunate  to find a similar teacup in pink while treasure hunting in an antique mall in Springfield, Oregon this summer.

It was $10.00.

Sweet sister has the blue teacup and generously gave me the large exquisite plate.

These pieces were my mother's precious treasures because they were such special Christmas presents from her loving husband.

This porcelain china is made in West Germany and is marked J.K. Décor, Carlsbad,  Bavaria.

Each romantic section has a little different love story picture.

Don't you think that " Love Story "is a perfect name for this pattern?

Thank you for visiting

"A Love Story"

  12. Karen, that is so pretty. I have some similar cups but not nearly as charming. Your whole room with those beautiful pillows and sofa looks so romantic. I wish we could just magically visit those times for an afternoon, don't you?
