Enjoying Spring Time!

It's finally Spring Time!

I was overjoyed to find the lilacs in bloom at the cottage this week!

I am enjoying the purple lilacs outdoors and inside the cottage!

Their fragrance is divine!

The dainty mauve footed and handled teacup is a Rosina.

The bright coral coloured azaleas are also giving me spring joy!

I found this deep coral Aynsley teacup at Goodwill this week for $3.99.

Oh, how I wish the vivid spring colours would continue throughout the year!!

I'm wondering what's in bloom in your garden?

Thank you for stopping by today!

I hope that you are enjoying Spring Time too!

See you soon!
Karen

  1. Your lilacs and azaleas are lovely! I wish we could grow lilacs here but I have to be content with photos. And I love the violet-patterned teacup and teapot. I have a weakness for violets. Your Aynsley teacup is quite a find, and looks so pretty with your azaleas. Enjoy this beautiful season!

  3. I've still got about a month before my lilacs blossom.

Your Goodwill is much cheaper than ours. Teacups and saucers are now $7.99

  4. Dear Karen: How thrilling to see your Lilac emphasis when I did mine! And I used pansy cups and saucers and you used violets - how funny! I think your lilac bush is so robust and the blooms are amazing! Let's enjoy every minute - right! Thanks for sharing.

  5. Your flowers are gorgeous. Karen. Your coral Aynsley teacup was another great score! The tea sets at my local thrift store are usually priced at $8-10 and they're nowhere near as nice as the ones you find.
