A Miracle for Valentine's Day Tea!







Happy Valentine's Day Sweet Friends

Welcome to

"A Miracle for Valentine's Day Tea!"


This week was very special for my family.  My youngest son and his wife had their first baby.  A darling bundle and a miracle of pink joy!  A baby girl!


My mom would say she was a "Gift from God".  This is exactly how I feel about our tiny perfect addition to our family  She is indeed
a miracle and such a blessing.


I hope the precious babe will call me "Nana".


Sweet Lanny is the other grandmother.  She wants to be called "Oma".


I am sharing once again this beautiful Royal Albert china pattern that was gifted to me last Christmas from Lanny.   It is called "Cottage Garden".


Don't the pink and red  roses remind you of Valentine's Day?


Love the flowers on the inner cup.



I am so fortunate to share our beautiful grand daughter with lovely Lanny and her hubby.  


The teapot today is Arthur Wood.




We must keep with our healthy theme so I have made a nutritious fruit salad for our tea today.




A dab of whip cream won't hurt us.

    Congratulations on the new addition, Karen! Babies are indeed a gift from God. You look delighted to be holding your new little treasure. So sweet! What fun you will have buying pink. My little granddaughter is out there too on the west coast and I don't see her in person very often however we do the Skype thing.
    Your teacup is a beauty! Royal Albert is such a lovely shape and the gold and roses make for a stunning teacup. Pretty teapot too. Thank you for sharing your treasures, both the pink and precious kind, and the china kind.
