Getting out the Green

  1. Hello My Tea Friends
St. Patrick's Day is just around the corner so I am getting out the green-ish china pieces.

The shamrock teacup is an Aynsley
Made in England.

There are even some shamrocks on the inner cup.

The little green sweet treats are from Indonesia where my beautiful daughter-in-law once lived.

This ivy teacup is a Colclough.

The little tea plates have a shamrock border.

My little shamrock plant has some white spring blossoms. How I love all budding plants!

The deep green teacup is also an Aynsley...

(a treasured gift from my aunt when I graduated from the University of British Columbia in 1978).

Are you getting out your green too?

Thank you for visiting!

See you next week!
Karen

  3. Karen, your table is very pretty all set in one of my favourite colours, green! Love the green teapot. Is that a Sadler? Love the Aynsley teacups and your plates rimmed with shamrocks are so perfect for the setting. This is so delightful and fun. Thank you for sharing and have a wonderful week, my friend.

    Blessings,
    Sandi

  4. Your Irish table setting is beautiful. The taller teapot caught my eye. It look like the pattern of my Mom's dishes that she had a long time ago.
