Hello Tea Time Friends
Welcome To
"Two Sadler Teapots for Tea Time"!
Today I would like to share two new to me Sadler Teapots.
I have had the Sadler cream and sugar for many years and have always wanted a matching teapot.
Pink rose buds on an ivory background.
The teacups have a similar little pink rose bud pattern on a white background.
I love pink rose buds on china.
Thank you Dear Friends for stopping by for
"Two Sadler Teapots for Tea Time!"
See you next week!
Take care,
Karen

I can't believe the Royal Standard Devon teacup matches so well! I have several of these two Karen. Lovely! So glad you shared!
ReplyDeleteHow lucky to find the Sadler teapots to match your cream and sugar, Karen. The teacups all look so feminine and blend so well with the teapots. Happy Tea Day, dear friend!
ReplyDeleteOh, Karen, how serendipitous to find two Sadler teapots and I absolutely love the rose bud designs! They look so pretty with your other pieces; very dainty and sweet. The lace table covering is pretty too and so is the hobnail glass vase holding your tulips. Very lovely post today, my friend. Thanks for sharing with us.
ReplyDeleteBlessings,
Sandi
So glad that you found the matching teapots for your Sadler cream and sugar. So pretty! Sadler is one of my favourite teapot makers.
ReplyDeleteThank you for the birthday wishes (and yes, your calculations were correct!). I totally agree that you should celebrate your milestone birthday all year!
Just popping back in to respond to your question. You can view the collections here: http://www.pekoeandgrey.com/collections/
DeleteI've noticed quite a number of "rent-a-teacup" enterprises popping up recently. It's a very interesting concept and I even entertained the idea of renting my teawares (wouldn't it be fun to write off a teacup/teapot purchase as a business expense? Heh), but I'm wayyy too attached to my tea pretties to lend them to strangers. Hahaha!
Vancouver had a Tea Festival last November so maybe they'll have another one this year.
Oh, Karen- how lovely! what a wonderful find to complete your set now!
ReplyDeleteYes, there's something about pink roses chintz that makes a gal's heart beat ever so much faster, such beauty and loveliness!
You have set a wonderful tea time table!
Oh be still my heart Karen. Your Sadler teapots are gorgeous. And the tea cups are perfect. You set a very pretty and feminine tea table. I love everything about it.
ReplyDeleteHave a wonderful week,
Janet

LA TULIPE
ReplyDeleteBel astre à qui je dois mon être et ma beauté,
Ajoute l’immortalité
A l’éclat non pareil dont je suis embellie ;
Empêche que le temps n’efface mes couleurs :
Pour trône donne-moi le beau front de Julie ;
Et, si cet heureux sort à ma gloire s’allie,
Je serai la reine des fleurs.
