A January Tea Time

Welcome My Dearest Teatime Friends to

"A January Tea Time"!

You have seen my Royal Albert January Teacup of the Month before but I recently found another one and so I now have a pair.  Yay!

I was pleased to find it because January is my birth month and it is also my dear mother's who will be 95.

This Royal Albert pattern is called "Snowdrops."

I recently found this dear little Sadler online. In the midst of our cold winter, it makes me so anxious for spring blossoms.

Royal Albert's Val D'or blends so well with all china patterns.

The colours in the family room are mint green and mauve.

Would you like a Scottish Oatcake with your tea today?

Sweet Hubby put them in my stocking for Christmas. My Scottish grandmother used to make her own oatcakes and they were delish!

Thank you for stopping by for

A January Tea Time!

See you next week!
Karen

  6. Happy Pink Saturday, Karen. I was wondering if the blooms were snowdrops, and was glad to read that you anticipated my question. My son has a January birthday, too. There is something especially soothing about the lovely and soft shades of green.

Scottish oatcakes! I have not tried them, but they sound like something I would enjoy. I'll be on the lookout. Thanks for sharing.
