Welcome Friends to
"Bling in the New Year!"
I just love being able to add "bling" when decorating at Christmas Time.
Pink, Pearls and Crystal for Christmas....
I may leave the Christmas Bling up for a few days!
Chandeliers at the cottage add a little sparkle and bling too!
Will you be a little sad to put all of your Christmas sparkle and "bling" away for another year?
Thank you Dear Blogging Friends for your
Friendship and Visits in 2014!
I look forward to seeing you again in 2015!
Happy New Year!

Beautiful, Karen. I like to decorate our home for Christmas, but I'm happy to be able to put all the decorations away after Christmas. I'm looking forward to spring and gardening season ๐ Happy New Year, Karen!

Absolutely charming, and the stuff which tea parties in Fairy Dreams are made of. This has BRIGHTED me in this moment between a bit of house-righting and getting set up for another set of house-guests tomorrow, though their welcome at our house will pale into fog beside this gorgeous cottage of yours.
ReplyDeleteAnd the mirror---simply exquisite. All this pink has given me a new energy and will to get things tip-top for tomorrow's celebration. Thank you
rachel
Hi Karen,
ReplyDeleteall loos so inviting and festive at your home. I wish you a wonderful new year.
Best greetings, Johanna
In our home Christmas is a long and wonderful time. Advent comes before Christmas. Lots of parties and celebrating. Then the Twelve Days of Christmas are filled with even more celebrating. On the twelfth day of course the Three Wise Men arrived. My decorations are usually taken down after that.
ReplyDeleteOrthodox Christmas is on January 6 here. I could not offend my friends by not celebrating their Christmas, could I? So maybe I can drag it out even longer.
It is definitely going to take a long time to eat all the delicious special foods, including those hidden in the freezer. And I feel like waiting a little while before the post-Christmas thank you letters.
Oh, I LOVE the rose shaped pillow!!! Did you make it?
ReplyDeleteYour decors are such romantic!!! Just adorable everything. I fell in love with roses, pink and pearls. The light blue tree is so pretty. Happy New Year to you and your family.

Do keep your pink bling and other pretties until a few days into January. I definitely miss the sparkle when the decor is put away but the icicle lights and snowflakes in the kitchen stay until March.
ReplyDeleteThank you for sharing your charming cottage at Mosaic Monday.
Best wishes for 2015!
Very nicely done!!! It certainly does sparkle!!! Happy New Years...Cathy
ReplyDeleteLove all the holiday bling! Happy New Year!

ReplyDeleteOh, yes, I love bling any time and especially during the holidays. Your plates are so pretty with their rose motif. I usually decorate my chandy too but I didn't this year. Gorgeous ornaments and I love all the pink! Thank you, my friend, for joining me for tea this past year and I wish you and your family a Happy and Healthy New Year. All the best in 2015!
ReplyDeleteBlessings,
Sandi
