Summer's Pink Dahlias
Yesterday on my way to the cottage I stopped at a little roadside stand selling pretty dahlias.
I chose all shades of pink: pale pink, hot pink, mauvy pink and then one single white flower.
After pretty pink roses
and pretty pink peonies,
I think pretty pink dahlias are next in line for my favourite pink flowers!

Love those flowers! I so miss having a flower garden of my own... never think to stop and buy the for myself...hubby is learning though that I do love flowers...

ReplyDeleteThey are beautiful! Dahlias will be a little while yet, but roses are still plentiful. The pink flower that is in front of me at any given moment is my favourite flower!
